Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with SNS Living Co. We greatly value your satisfaction and aim to deliver quality products and services. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase from www.snsliving.in.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2–5 days of receiving your product.
- Requests should include order details and photos/videos clearly showing the product and the issue (in case of damage or defects).
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, damage or alteration after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Custom / made to order products
- Personalized designs
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
- Design, consultation and interior services
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please share unboxing images/videos within 24–48 hours of delivery for quick verification. Upon inspection and approval, we may issue a replacement, repair, store credit or refund as applicable.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–10 working days.
- Please note that payment gateway or bank processing times may cause slight additional delays.
- Partial refunds may be applied if items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition not due to our error.
3. Shipping of Returns
- We will provide instructions for pickup or for shipping the return once the request is approved.
- In most cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defective or wrong product).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or production by contacting us directly.
- Once the order is shipped or moved into production, cancellation may not be possible.
- In case of approved cancellation, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges, if any.
5. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays in processing returns, exchanges or refunds caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions).
