SNS Living Co. offers reliable shipping and delivery services across India for its products. This policy outlines our standard timelines, costs, service areas and handling procedures aligned with our Return and Refund Policy.


  1. Shipping Timelines


Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation and payment. Delivery takes 2-3 business days to metro cities (Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore) and 5-7 business days to other areas, depending on courier availability and location. Custom or made to order items may take 2-4 weeks additional for production before shipping. Delays due to high demand, holidays or external factors are possible but minimized.


  1. Shipping Costs and Methods


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size and destination (starting from ₹99 for local NCR deliveries). We partner with trusted couriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart or DTDC for secure transit. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999 within Delhi-NCR. Fragile design pieces are double-packed for safety.


  1. Serviceable Areas


We deliver pan-India, excluding remote regions or islands unless specified at checkout. Local NCR pickups are available from our Noida store (Shop no. 06, Veer Singh Pradhan Market, Sector 141). Non-serviceable areas will be notified during order placement.


  1. Order Tracking and Delivery Process


Track your order via the link sent by email/SMS post-shipment. Couriers attempt delivery 2 times, rescheduling is coordinated via their app or call. Inspect packages upon receipt and report issues (damage, wrong item) within 24-48 hours with photos for priority resolution.


5. Damaged or Lost Shipments


If damaged in transit, contact us immediately for replacement or refund per our Returns Policy, no return shipping cost if our error. Lost shipments are insured, claims resolved within 7-10 days with courier support.


6. Cancellations and Force Majeure


Pre-dispatch cancellations follow our Returns Policy. We are not liable for delays from strikes, weather or government restrictions.
